Suspend an account
Ends its sessions, stops its keys, sends it no sign-in link, keeps its address from signing up again and cancels its subscription. Lifting restores the keys; refunds are made in Square.
Disputes
Open disputes first, soonest deadline first. Deadlines are Square's; evidence is sent in the Square Dashboard under Orders & payments, Disputes. An alert email goes out 3 days and 1 day before a deadline.
