Payment is handled by Square; COSMIC never sees your card. A plan's allowance counts the last 30 days and does not roll over.
Problem with a payment? Email [email protected] first. We sort out billing issues and refunds directly.
Credits
One credit is one analysis. With a plan, credits are used once its allowance is used up; without one, credits are used before your free checks. Credits also let you create API keys. They are valid for 12 months from purchase, oldest first.
