Paid once, from $5. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, and the oldest are used first. One credit per charged analysis after your allowance is used. API access while credits remain.

How usage works

Every new analysis uses normal allowance or credits, including analysing the same file again. Retrying the same submission or viewing its saved result does not use another analysis. With a plan, credits are used after its allowance is exhausted. Without a plan, credits are used before free checks, and free checks stay available for when your credits run out. Plans and credits cover recordings up to 10 minutes. Recordings under 20 seconds are rejected without a scan charge. There is no billing after the fact.

Plans are billed monthly. Unused plan allowance does not roll over. Unused credits carry over until they expire, 12 months after purchase; the oldest are used first. Website and API analyses share your paid allowance and credits. Analyses that fail for reasons within our control are not charged.

Daily and short-term limits apply to protect service capacity. They are listed in the terms.
